BJP MP Praveen Khandelwal Calls for Formation of Economic Development Council in Delhi

"In the last ten years, Delhi has experienced troubling stagnation regarding economic and trade policies. This has posed substantial difficulties for the city’s trade, industrial, and service sectors. To maintain Delhi's status as one of the nation's foremost urban centers, it is crucial to adopt a focused and systematic approach towards economic growth. Implementing such an initiative would not only bolster the city's standing but also generate numerous new job prospects in Delhi," stated Khandelwal.

Khandelwal similarly brought CM Gupta’s notice to a central government report about urban reforms, which was highlighted by the press, supporting the establishment of economic committees in major metropolitan areas.

Recently, Keshav Verma, who chairs the Central Government’s High-Level Committee on Urban Reforms, presented a report to the authorities.
